My 80 year old mother has been diagnosed with fahrs disease (a rare, inherited neurological disorder) similar to Parkinson's. Are we missing benefits?

to parkinson disease. she has been in rehab but no longer qualifies. we had to move her to long-term care . Are we missing any medicare coverage?
