Have you talked to HER doctor about her agitation, delusions and paranoia?

Changes in mental status are symptoms and should be discussed with her medical team.

You call APS before she does. Explain the situation and ask for help getting her admitted for a 72hr (3 day) inpatient psych eval and medication adjustment.

I completely understand ...I'm caring for my mom too along with my 20 year old daughter and we both bear the brunt of her wrath...hopefully in your case u can at least prove that she is being paranoid delusional etc This is unfortunately standard in our house..

Ugh best of luck to you! !
