cooter if you have a dvpo, you will not get the Baker Act results. No contact means you are cut off from everything. You cannot go back for the cats unless the police accompany you. They will only take you back there once, one trip to get your stuff, your cats and then no more.

Still have not been given access to her baker acted results. Don't know how to get them. Yes, sheriffs know she shows signs of dementia. Apparently they must feel she is competent.DCF has been called to the home twice because of her slapping around my brother. They said all they can do is warn her. She laughed at that.
