I am having the hardest time getting an answer through drugs stores and Medicare and Medicaid to just simply tell me which are covered. I just don't understand it at all. They aren't even giving my doctor a straight answer.
Thank you in advance.

Not sure why a drug store can't help. They do the billing. Did you call the insurance that handles your perscriptions?

janine, any drugstore will handle your insulin or pills. You didn't mention Part D, so I assume you'll need to get your medications on Medicaid.

Only certain drugstores handle Medicare Part B, which covers your testing supplies. Walgreen's and CVS handle Part B. Others do, as well. Ask your pharmacist if they handle Part B. There are also companies that handle your diabetic supplies through the mail. We don't use them, so I can't give you any advice about which one is the best.
