Find Care & Housing
This varies by state, and you can check your state's web site for details.

Generally, there are both medical and financial qualifications. A needs assessment would be done to determine how much help is needed. Benefits include things like paying all Medicare co-pays, providing incontinence supplies, paying for adult day care (if qualified), some in-house care, equipment as needed, hearing aids, dental care, and others. Your state may vary.

Call your state's Area Agency on Aging. They can provide detailed information.
