NeetoCNA, I see from your profile that your friend has vision issues. Is this something new for her or something she had most of her life? Are there any other medical issues that would require that she needs help at home.

I don't understand why you would pick a program. If your friend has Medicaid medical, then, why wouldn't she go to the health care provider that she wants, as long as they accept Medicaid, and seek their services? Do you work at such a place? I would think that the facility is in charge of filing the claims.....Maybe, I don't understand what you are asking.
