How can I make my sister show me my mom's accounts?

Mom has dementia. My sister had poa over health and welfare only which was revoked by a judge because she had lied about the witness she refuses to let me see these accounts and I know her and her husband have bought a house each with cash

I have not got the funds to get a solicitor over the money and the police or adult services won't act

You let the judge sort it out. He will appoint an independent Guardian of the finances and a health care proxy. He will subpoena the records and if a crime has been committed, someone will be charged. Nothing will be disclosed during an investigation, but presented as evidence in court.
