Could they make me sell the house to pay for my mom’s nursing home, even though I am on the deed?

I just noticed the original question is 6 years old.
Herbie, please clarity what you mean by the attorneys leaving that [?] out of a Trust? Attorneys need to follow what are the laws of that State.

And most lawyers will leave that out of your trust papers so they can collect some more money. Been there done that. Make me mad that a Professional would do something like that.

I think you would have to ask an elder lawyer unless it is in a trust that was done 5 years ago or longer then it is protected from N.H.'s
