My husband refused to wear them for this reason. Can anyone suggest a product I could try?

They hold heat and moisture in. Yes. They are not especially comfortable. Some people are more sensitive than others in this regard.

There r pads for men. Probably in tha same isle as the diapers. My Mom never complained with the pull ups. My husband used them after a prostrate procedure. Never complained. Maybe some people are allergic?

I remember wearing a Depends type garment after having surgery and it was like wearing a furnace. You felt like dumping an ice cube tray down your pants :P I think these products are pretty much the same.

Time for the DOERS to do some thinking on how to improve these garments from being so hot.

My hubby finds them uncomfortable as well, although he never said anything about being too warm. He has skin that breaks down very easily and the elastic rubs against his skin. I use the ones that look just like the kid’s diapers with tabs. He says they’re much more comfortable and I think more absorbent as well.
