she still has just 1 asset, her home which is held in a trust and has homestead. I am only name on trust, her only living relative. When she passes, will Medicaid put a lien on her home for the amount they paid out , and will I lose the home?

Find Care & Housing
If you live in the home, it will be safe while she is alive. Because of the issue with the trust, I'd see an attorney who specializes in Elder Law, perhaps even the one who set up the trust in the first place. Medicaid rules and regulations are not easy to decipher and vary from state to state.
