Looking for long term care facility for daughter with TBI needs 24 hour care in all aspects of daily life in Westchester, NY.

The one I'm familiar with is Cooler, on Roosevelt Island in NYC.
The are the other LTACH in NYC :

Does Westchester County Medical Center have a Long Term Acute Care Hospital unit?
That's where I would expect it to be.
