Have you tried asking the staff at these communities to put up a contact ad on a bulletin board, or something like that? People could contact you anonymously.

In Googling I have found both maybe in the W. Chester, Exton PA areas. So hopefully one of our members is from the Philly area.
We r a forum of Caregivers sharing our experiences. We r from all over the US, Canada, UK and other countries.
