Looking for advice on housing for disabled cousin living in Beaumont Tx. She is 61, almost blind with other disabilities. Any suggestions?

Try calling the local Area Agency on Aging and asking them to visit her as a vulnerable senior needing an assessment of her needs and which services might be available for her.
