I installed my easy text app on my dad's phone and it doesn't look the same or work the same on his phone. The only thing I can think is that my phone is Samsung and his is LG. My app has no ads, his has "girly" ads (assuming this is because the last person that had his number was a college student).


I am looking for a very easy text app that I can put on both our phones so when he has trouble I can walk him through it from five hours away.

Did you pay for the app for your phone and not Dads. When u pay there should be no ads. Did you get yours thru Samsung but Dads thru Google?

I have been looking to an App just for texting to put on my Old LG for deaf husband. Most I have found still come with minutes and I think a fee each time u use the minutes. I use Tracfone. They won't allow me to pay for just texting.
