I have two elderly people that live in my home they pay me rent. Rent includes food and laundry services. They have a rental contract as well as rental insurance. They hire a staffing company to help them out with bathing and other necessities that are needed for them Like Home health agencies. Am I considered a group home because I have two elderly people that pay me to live In my home.

I don't think so. Group homes usually provide services. You just have two tenants you rent to and supply room and board. You care for them in no way. Your housing authority should be able to answer your question.

If you're considered a group home, you'd probably need a license. There are regulations and fees.

Do you have a question? Are you saying that it's not right/fair/correct that you are considered a group home? Who exactly is considering you a group home? Neighbors? The city? The IRS?
