Liver issues. What could be going on?

I'm losing my best friend and partner. We are both 40. He's had three blood transfusions. Been in the hospital since my bday on 01/26/2021. This time I recently started finding blood splats on sheets. He was bleeding, passed out and had to be taken to the hospital....idk what's going on.

What do you mean "liver issues? Who gave you this diagnosis? Are you POA or listed on his advanced directive? Are MDs speaking to you. Why do you think that there is a connection between the blood transfusions and the liver? Were you told so? There would be no way for us to know what's going on either. Only the doctors, and your partner or his/her doctors can tell you this. I sure do wish you good luck and hope you'll update us about what is happening.
