There may be a link, which is why PD is covered by the VA as a service-related condition for veterans who were exposed to agent orange.

The VA determined that my father's Parkinson's and heart issues were related to agent orange.

Good news/bad news since it is linked you can get more help through the VA.
Also I think they are now calling it Agent "RAINBOW" There were other chemicals with color names so you do not want to say "orange" and it may be found later that he may have not had contact with "orange" but "green". (If that makes any sense)
There are several other conditions that have been linked and that can help in getting the % of disability determined the higher the % the more help you will be able to receive.

The answer is yes, most definitely, Agent Orange can and does cause Parkinsonism.
