How do I let home caregivers know that I need them to take care of my Mom in a different way?

I learned from the day shift caregiver that the night caregiver took my Mom to the bathroom at 5am and said she didn't know where nightgowns were so she put her back to bed in wet nightgown.
She has helped her get to bed once before so I believe she knows where nightgowns are

Catrina777, have you shown the night Caregiver where your Mom's nightgowns are located? I know I wouldn't want to rummage through someone else's dressers drawers without permission.

Can you put a spare nightgown in the bathroom? Can you make sure dry bedding is also available? Cover all possibilities.
