She has a caregiver everyday from like 8 or 9am & leaves around 5 or 6 maybe 7pm. She's disabled on her whole left side, no family is around for her, one person in & out like once a month or no even that, can't feed herself except for her right hand, she's in a wheelchair, has to be washed by her caregiver, wets in bed overnight in diapers basically she's helpless on her own. So what an very old friend would like to know is there anything her neighbors could do to help since she's all alone.

Neighbors can call APS to report an unsafe situation. Would this person willingly move to a facility if that was offered? Or is she resistant and that the so source of the tension

Not really sure she might be one neighbor says she waited to long to get her home rented by the housing authority, that's what her words was last time they talked.

I don't know what means Terry. Does she have funds to pay for more care or is she on Medicaid? If the house went ablaze in the middle of the night after she was in bed, would she die because she wasn't able to get herself to her wheelchair and out of the house? That's always been my acid test for needs 24/7 care.

She's on medicaid. No, she can't get out of bed by herself that's the problem she's wheelchair bound where she's need for the caregiver get her in and out of bed and it was a fire on thanksgiving day next door to her and luckily no one got hurt and she got out with her caregiver help and some man's help carrying her down the steps.
