she used to sew but now that is impossible. She still actually plays with sewing but gets nowhere. She fold clothes but that doesn't last long enough. Having her home has gotten to be a real porblem. I really dread Saturday and Sunday. She won't read; sometimes is so bored that she stays in bed all day. All ideas are very welcome.

Find Care & Housing
When is home or the anticipation of having her home is so depressing for me. Friends tell me I need drugs to take the edge off the stress She oftens follows me around or calls me constantly. Keeping her occupied is very difficult. I love her but caring for her has become quite a chore. Any help or thoughts out there?

What does she enjoy doing at Adult Day Care? Maybe you can create whatever it is at home. Is it ok with you if she sews and nothing gets done? If it gives her pleasure that's good. Does she like music? simple jigsaw puzzles? Taking walks with someone? What did she used to do that can be in her life in a simply and easy way now?

Can someone help you on the weekends? What about a support group for you? Talking about it helps ease some of the anxiety.

PLAY ANY GAMES SHE MAY LIKE, CARD,CHESS,CHECKERS,
HAVE THE KIDS DO SOMETHING WITH HER
REMEMBER SHE MAY LIKE EVERY THING SHE WAS ABLE TO DO, SO TRY TO MAKE HER HAPPY FOR THE LAST.
THIS WAY YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING TO REGRET
