This is happening in ur home Country? If so, unless a member is from Burma we can't make any legal comments. Our laws punish people like this. They usually do jail time,

Investigation also couldn't help till this time .It has been almost 2 months. Nothing gonna happen in this time . First of my concern things is how to re-setup up their family. Especially chile she's only 2 yrs and 11 months .

This is a very difficult issue, and I don't think outsiders who know nothing about the case should try to comment.
Has the perpetrator been arrested and taken away from where the family lives?
