Traveling for seniors, especially, if they have health issues, isn't as easy as it might sound. Some seniors remain spry and eager to travel, but, unless you know this for sure, I'd bring the family to the seniors and not the other way around.

That’s a long trip for an elder couple. Would daughter consider flying to visit parents? It may even be less expensive to fly daughter and her family to visit parents vs private hire.

Are there college age responsible family members that would be willing to make drive them for a nice fee plus expenses. Maybe in summer?

Well. There is a company called Premier Transportation in Knoxville Tennessee that offers private hire mini coaches for trips anywhere in the country, it says. Their smallest coach is for eight people, which should give even the most sybaritic dog plenty of snoozing space. They don't mention anything as vulgar as money on their website...

Anyway. They may not be prepared to stretch a point to provide exactly the service your parents want; but on the other hand even if they don't I bet they know who does, if anybody does.
