Contact the Alzheimer's Association or any group for any condition (Parkinson's, Cancer, Epilepsy etc...) and ask if there is a Support Group in your area. **Little comment here about groups. They are only as good as the Facilitator and the people in the group. If one is not "right" for you try another** You can also contact your local Senior Center and ask if they know of any. Most Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities also have Support Groups and they are not restricted to residents or relatives of residents. The VA also has Support Groups so if you or your LO is a Veteran contact the VA. Also some places of Worship have Support Meetings as well. All this is great but right now most groups are not meeting. I suspect this will change in the next month or so though depending on where you live.
If you really need to talk to someone and you can not wait many therapists are doing consultation by phone. That would at least give you someone to talk to.
This Forum is also good. If you have a problem or question you will get answers and just as in a Support Group you will get answers from people that have gone through what you are going through. They can tell you what worked for them and what didn't. And you can PM any of us if you want clarification on an answer that was given.
What is available is going to depend a lot on your community. When I was caring for my mother I tried a support group run by the Alzheimer's society but it was not a good fit, there were only a handful of participants and most of them were in their 80's and caring for their spouses.

My local hospital holds several in-person group sessions and one group phone session each week. If your connected with the military, they have a hotline for caregiver support. Otherwise, call your local Office for Aging and find out about their resources. Good luck!
