Besides the school or facility that I took classes?

if it was issued by a school or facility then you have to go back to them to get a copy. Its not something the state would have on file unless you took a state exam.

States don't give a license for CNAs. Only LPNs and RNs. CNAs usually are certified thru a technical school or the LTC/rehab they will be working for. She will need to contact the place who trained her.
