Is there a counselling service that helps develop a long term plan on taking care of someone with dementia including financial planning?

I thought I recently read in the Spokesman about such a counselling service.

I don't know about counselling service. Maybe you could check your County Office on Aging. For financial planning, speak to an attorney specializes in Elder law.
