Your post seems like you started at the end. This doesn't make much sense, and I need some clarification, more details, and who is "she"?

Samoans. Yes this manager took me up to the mental war and had a nurse come out to see me. My was in the hospital 4 Weeks and I continued to call sisters everyday but they would not answer my phone or texts. After 4 was I found out by asking the question to a nurse if she was there and she had gone back to assisted living. Currently I get to see my mom on Supervised visits on Saturday for an hour. I am not allowed to take her anywhere. I did go today to meet a new trial family lawyer. Just because you get a elder lawyer does not mean he would be very good in litatgations so we learn something everyday. I have proof of every material acquisition she has accused me of. I felt so ignorant, my old attorney said they had a verbal agreement that if I allowed my sister to be temporary guardian, then I could see my mom one day a week with supervision. The supervision is in case I say something bad about my sisters. But I had already told them my mom always brought the matter up. I would just try to find out information for her. Anyway My sister's lawyer applied for temporary guardianship and nothing about visitation. But , I know God is going to handle this and it is not over but I do believe he takes care of his people. My new lawyer said if (sister)she became guardian, the court would see that she was following the rules. So that was encouraging. I truly hate this matter has put a stake into my heart. But for now, I can not forgive her. And I believe I need to in order to do God's will but I just can not. It is strange. My mother just wanted to know where her money was going. 😥 it has been a little over a year that my dad passed when this nightmare started and I hope it will be settled by next year. They seem to really think my mom is crazy or can't think. But she can. And thank you guys. I read all the questions everyday and this site has helped me so much. Compared to some of you , my situation is very small.

Even though I was executor and trustee, I have yet to see any papers that we know are forged. My lawyer was a piece of ----. Liar, liar, pants on fire. The lawyers are the reasons that the family courts are so corrupt in my State.

For whatever reason you are not allowed to see your mother, you should have access as to why in written format. If you're not pleased with your attorney, then you probably need to find someone that will be able to assist you.

For those of you trying to help Sharon - please read her narrative under 'About 2017Sharon'.

Unfortunately, you can draw up Trusts, Wills, POAs etc., but if the players in the scenario are shady - good luck. They can give false information about the family to their attorney.

Sharon - did you go to Saline Memorial Hospital to see if your mom was there?

I see familiar happenings in your situation. My sister in law (lawyer) worked on my parents for 20 years, when she got my Dad to sign a Medical Power of Attorney, she put into plan the ending of both of my parents' lives, the cashing in of all assets, and living off of the cash after cashing in some of the policies. So I ask you, who has the Medical POA and the POA. If you do not have, you have better get both. The day or days at the parents passing, those parties will remove as much as they can give. You will not be able to prove anything for they will keep you from seeing the bank and other records. You will have to pay $2500. or more for every record you are seeking, and you probably will not get any record and still pay thousand to your attorneys. Note what they tell you when you hire the lawyers, one big lie. My sister in law even threatened my Dad days before he died, to change will putting her and my brother in charge of everything. They bragged to caregivers they were taking all the estate and with the lawyer saying that won't happen, they did get everything, except what we fought ourselves to get back. Lawyers should be in jail. Even their billing had numerous errors, all in his favor. Bottomline, Mother and Daddy paid to have themselves killed and the estate they did without for, given to the persons that wanted them dead. Something very wrong with the legal system in Louisiana.

I have another tip, my sister in law (lawyer) was able to end my parents lives using Hospice. The doctor was in on the scheme to end their lives giving Hospice the papers to allow the heathcare to remove medicines that they had been taking some 35 years, not terminal. Bad doctors, bad hospital (sister in law) had instructions everywhere, ambulance, emergency room, better hospital refused my parents coming there because of this sister in law's instructions (because of that medical POA). The bad hospital was known for ending elderly lives. My Dad tried to get ambulance to the better hospital even with my sister giving instructions, but sister in law was consulting with State Health Dept through her contacts, knowing what to say and how to get the results she wanted. She hated my Mother and Dad and my sister & I did not want my parents to know that. We never dreamed they would kill my parents for money, but that is exactly what the sister in law, along with my brother who has robbed an auto parts store, on drug Acid for a couple of years or more, my other brother who is a many year petifile, did.
