To clarify, Sturgeron (Cinnarizine) is not considered a supplement in the US. It isn't approved by the FDA and therefore is not available there.
In the US, a supplement is considered food, something naturally occurring (like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and actual food) not something that can only be made in a lab.
I believe this drug is available in Mexico and Europe.
If you are considering this supplement for your elderly father who, according to your profile suffers from Alzheimer's/dementia, please nix that idea immediately as the side effects can exacerbate his condition rather than improve it.
Thanks to cwillie for letting us know we aren't talking "fish for dinner" in this post, as I had no idea what OP was speaking of either. It is stugeron, a medication supplement, apparently not proven to appreciably change things.
When my son sails up in the Great Lakes, he takes Sturgeron for sea sickness. It has side effects, like hallucinations, and vivid dreams as he has experienced. It's probably not available in the US for a reason.

I found evidence that this was studied back in the late 70's and early 80's, but given the fact nothing more recent than that was easily available I'm going to guess that those studies showed limited positive effects.
Well, Google is my friend. Stugeron is used to treat nausea and vomiting due to motion sickness. It can also be used to treat balancing problems that can be caused by Meniere disease, ringing in the ears, vertigo and hearing loss. So if any of these are the cause of the lack of stability it might be worth trying. Looking further though it should NOT be taken if you have Parkinson's. As with ALL medications you should check with your doctor and or pharmacist before taking ANY medication
