The best thing to do is consult a physician, although parkinson's disease is often associated with twitch and tremors, there can be many possible reasons. It can be caused by a neurological condition, substance abuse or chemical imbalance. Pamstegman is right, it may be due to heavy metal poisoning, it may also be due to lithium, mercury or arsenic poisoning.

Look for other symptoms, and if you suspect that it is Parkinson, see a doctor at once.
It could also be heavy metal poisoning, from working with lead solder or welding materials. It could be from working with pesticides in a farm setting. It will be very important to know the patient history and go over that with a Neurologist.
The only way to know if you have Parkinson's is to see a doctor, likely a neurologist. Many things can cause twitching including medications that you may be taking. Please see a doctor and bring all medication bottles with you so that he or she can get a full picture of your health. This includes over-the-counter medications and supplements. Let us know how you are doing when you can. We are here to listen and give support. Carol
