Is it against the law to put a patient to bed with their dentures in their mouth?

Hmm. My husband slept with his dentures in his mouth for years, until a dentist told him not to.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a law specifically regarding dentures, but there are standards of care for each type of care center.

Is this something that happened once or is recurring?

I should think dentures should be removed so they don't pose a chocking hazard overnight but I don't know about an official law.
