I'm trying to purchase a medical alert system for my parents. Any recommendations?

I'm trying to purchase a medical alert system for my parents. There are so many on the market, but of course, I want the best. They both need a personal alarm for in the home and possible outside. I would also like fall detection for both of them. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I liked Phillips. They have a motion one. You can see what they have at their website.

In all honesty I don’t think they’re very effective unless the elders are still pretty high functioning. My mom has a necklace pedant in her AL but never remembers to use it for assistance. So she’s still falling regularly.
