My friend introduced me to totaldry.com. My mom has issues during the day, I researched and bought their protective underwear and ultimate boost ups. The difference has been amazing. She used to leak all the time, now she does not. I’ve read that the x-plus fitted briefs with the boost up are best for overnight. The briefs can be adjusted to fit more snugly.

Medline also puts out a line of chucks under pads that are phenomenal in the 23x36" size here:

https://www.amazon.com/Medline-EXTRASRB2336A-Extrasorbs-Air-Permeable-Disposable/dp/B00H6BF5I8/ref=sr_1_6?crid=3HYNIZR502SAW&keywords=medline+extrasorbs+premium+underpads&qid=1645996389&sprefix=medline+extra%2Caps%2C194&sr=8-6

Or the extra large 30x36 size here:

https://www.amazon.com/Medline-EXTSB3036A350-Extrasorbs-Disposable-DryPads/dp/B00BL6FUX4/ref=sr_1_7?crid=3HYNIZR502SAW&keywords=medline+extrasorbs+premium+underpads&qid=1645996389&sprefix=medline+extra%2Caps%2C194&sr=8-7

These pads, when used in conjunction with the Medline briefs, will keep the mattress dry as a bone, under most circumstances, as they absorb A LOT of fluid.

Best of luck.

I like Tranquility overnight pull-ups. But even with that, dad still would end up with wet clothes by morning if he did not wake up or I did not wake up to carry him to the restroom during the night. I knew he was a fall risk so preferred he sleep which allowed me to sleep and then we both dealt with the wet clothes the next day. Knock on wood, his skin did great with that underwear.

Dad also did the man adjusting thing and is also a wiggle worm at night so I gave up the hope of having dryness come morning. I also did by the case.

you need to add a boost up in the pull-up. Try TotalDry. Amazing difference.

I've had great success with Medline Extended Wear diapers. They are worth their weight in gold. It saves a lot to buy a case of 60 of them at a time. That's only twice the price of a package of 15. So you end up saving 50%.
