He use to bath himself but he can't anymore and I just can't do it. He doesn't listen to me never brushes his teeth or washes his hands n his hygeine is getting bad. I took care of my father for years. He had Alzheimer's n we had hospice come in for several years. They bathed him 2 or 3 times a week brought us diapers n medicine n ensure. They even brought us a walker. Before he got too bad they would walk him around the house too. I really need someone like that.

If you are not his PoA or legal guardian you must now contact social services for his county to get him a case worker. You won't be physically or legally able to carry his care forward, so it is time to allow the county in to do that for him. He'll be ok.

Your profile says this person is a friend. Where is his family? Does he have a POA. Sounds like it is time for Longterm care. You have to hit a certain criteria for Hospice.

Do you want to continue to care for this person? If not and there is no family, you may want to call Adult protection services and report him as a vulnerable adult. Then allow the State to take over.

Every state in the US has an Area Office on Aging that can provide resources for elders. If you can afford it, you can private pay a worker to come a few times per week to help assist with bathing. Google "pullups or pads" to get supplies for incontinence, and you can find a company that specializes in supplies for elders that are much less expensive than the over the counter supplies like Depends.
