Find Care & Housing
Medicare, yes. Supplement, probably not (I have BCBS which is present in many states so not sure about Cigna). You need to call your supplemental insurer to ask this question.

Medicare will be unchanged.
It is a federal program that travels to any state with you.
Your supplemental insurance depends on whether it is available where you are going.
Look at your insurance card, call the number on it, and ask. Best way to know for certain what services are available for you in your new home is to directly ask Cigna.

The problems we on Forum most often refer to with moves is the problems that occur when people are on MediCAID. They can be severe in that each state manages their own Medicaid funds and options, and you require, often, reapplication, requalification and residency. It can be trying. But with MediCARE, you are fine; it's a federal program.
Good luck on your move!
