If you are self employed caregiver, how do you get certification to be a medicaid caregiver in PA?

I work for myself. How do I become a Medicaid provider for home health and get paid by state waivers, insurance? thanks.

Contact your state Medicaid program. You should have a local county office such as the department of social services, or health & human services. You won’t be self employed anymore though.
