My sister was notified that she had not made premium payments for a couple of months. She paid, and the checks were cashed by SSA. She was then notified that her Medicare coverage had been terminated. How can she be reinstated in the program? What is the procedure to follow?
If she has the cancelled checks endorsed by SSA the you need to personally go to ur nearest office. Her payments maybe being applied to the wrong SS account.
