My parent used up his 100 medicare subacute rehab days. If he is at a nursing home for 60 days - where he has been privately paid for - do the 100 days reset?

Thank you. Yes, assuming there is a 3 day hospital stay, and prior to that there were 60 days spent in a nursing home private pay, will the 100 subacute rehab days reset?

Th reset happens when that parent is admitted to an acute care hospital and then move to a rehab facility after the acute care stay
