If my father receives a stimulus check in mine and his private joint account ~ does it have to go to the nursing home?

I have set up a Miller Trust Account in order for him to receive Medicaid. His retirement and social security both are deposited into that account. However, if he receives a stimulus check, it will be deposited into our joint account. Does that check have to go to the nursing home?
