In some states, Medicaid allows one vehicle. Other states, one vehicle will be exempt if the value doesn't exceed the loan amount. But then, there are always exceptions, so what the previous individual said--that it really can't be answered here, is correct. Too complicated, each state being different, etc.
If you are talking about health insurance through Medicaid, this is a question for your or a Medicaid caseworker. These are assets and they could effect Medicaid. Every State is different so not a question this forum can answer.
Owning a vehicle isn't without costs and that's why Medicaid limits recipients to one vehicle.
