I'm not sure what you mean by "a order protection". Do you mean that the caregiver has been served with some kind of restraining order or that the individual (patient) being cared for is subject to a protective order which precludes the caregiver continuing his/her care? Or both?
Assuming the caregiver is the one served, who actually requested the order and what is the basis on which it was issued? Are you the patient, and were you subject to abuse?
Assuming also that the caregiver was served, that you're the cared for person, I would think that the caregiver would have to leave the house and find another home. And you'd have to find another caregiver.
But I suspect that there's a lot more to this situation, with perhaps allegations of abuse, so it would be easier for us to understand if we knew what was taking place.
