If a child is given POA and another child later throws accusations that the POA is not paying bills where does this lead?

I didn't share information with my siblings. That was my dad's wishes early on before the dementia really set in, and it would have only caused me more trouble anyway.

Are the bills being paid?

Does the non POA child have reason to believe bills are NOT being paid?
