i look after my sister with m.s an my elderly mum i work 4 the nhs on nights 4 the nhs as i have to take care ov them,they want me to work days do i have any rights to fight my case to stay on days ive worked this job for 26 years?

It depends on if you initially agreed to work varied shifts when you applied.

no i started workin 4 them 26 years ago and sighned a nights contract now they are saying i have to start days after november i can do any night shift just not days i care for my elderley mum an my sister who has m.s who is in care but i still have to do a lot for her!

You should FIRST OF ALL, go to personnel and get a copy of your application. Then tell your supervisor that you cannot work day shift. If you have any problems after that, seek legal representation.
