I take care of my boyfriend who is legally blind, he has stargardts disease and will go blind, my question is would I be able to get paid?

Get paid for what by whom?
You do not specificy for what you want to be paid.
However, since you are only a "significant other" and not a legal spouse, you would not be eligible for any kind of family assistance if it were available in your area.
