Elon25, if you are cooking the meals for your father then have you considered services like Blue Apron, Home Chef, etc? Otherwise there are good quality microwave-ready frozen meals to be found online as well. For home cleaning, maybe contact your county's social services to see if your dad qualifies for some in-home help like cleaning, meal prep, etc.
Have you contacted your local meals on wheels? What about a personal chef, they come in to your house and prepare a weeks worth of meals and freeze or refrigerate as needed.
As JoAnn said, contact the local area on aging and they can help you find the food service that is available for your location.
They probably have lists of housekeepers available as well. Then you could have someone come in as needed to clean.

These aides do exactly what you need unlike a CNA that is more hands on, helping with bathing, dressing, etc. Call your local Office of Aging and ask them about how about going to get help. If you have the income, there are probably care agencies in your area that can help but they are a little expensive. Medicaid also offers in home help.
