I seriously hope you've obtained help by now. Do not attempt to diagnose yourself or ask us to - no offense intended, but we're not doctors. If you haven't already, please get to the ER as soon as possible - and have someone else take you or call an ambulance. Don't drive yourself.

Stroke centers are amazing, if you get there soon enough there are meds that can prevent permanent damage. Call 911 and get to the ER. Hope you are there now.

Any time you pass out you should go to the doctor immediately. We cannot diagnose things here. If you are too confused to make an appointment and follow through, call 911.
