My mother passed away in 2012, after receiving 10 years of (my)in home care after my father, ( who was 100% disabled), passed away. I applied for in-home care benefits, (hand delivered them to the Providence, Rhode Island VA, and never received a reply. I wrote and called several times, but never received a reply or assistance.
Do you think at this point they would even consider paying u now? I saw your other post about Agent Orange post.
You need to talk to someone at your County VA.
