jomode, I suggest calling your local agency on aging to see if there are any support groups for those who are caring for someone with dementia.

Sometimes these groups are hard to find because not many caregivers are able to take time off to attend a meeting.

In the mean time, we welcome you here as all of us have been or are caregivers to those who are older some with memory issues, some with mobile issues, etc. Lot of caregivers here who can give you directions and give suggestions :)
