I was with Angels of Mercy since my return to my home from surgery and therapy as a result of a fractured hip. My time was up in August hence my looking into a replacement.
You will need to contact your doctor, or the agency who provided this care for you. Or, actually, your insurance provider to see if you might be eligible for more assistance. Unfortunately, when your “time is up”, insurance will no longer pay for your therapy. It’s not fair, but that’s the way it is. If you need more assistance, it might be self-pay. Sorry. ,
