I am both and she had a habit of loaning and giving money away but I put a stop to that by taking her checkbook away from her.

I give her money when she needs some for something. She told me today that her mothers sister has been staying there for a few days but that is all in her mind and she was sitting on my porch at 12:30 am waiting for me to take her to the doctors. I finally got her back into her house and qot her ready for bed. I am going tomorrow to talk to an advocate and then to an elder care attorney. Thanks for your input on all of this.
