Yes yes yes. Check the website, als.org MASS chapter. I helped my friend through this illness. ALS is part of the MDA association. They also offer assistance. They were a HUGE help to my friend. And, lots of info on their website. They have support groups, and the one near us had a loaner closet --- you go through equipment and then don't need it --- so patients donate it so the next person doesn't have to buy it.
