Find Care & Housing
My agency charged $25 an hour for my time. I received $9. My client routinely bonused me out so my hourly rate was closer to $15.

Think how much YOU would feel is appropriate for the work needed. What would YOU want to be making.

Trust me, when I was making a grand total of $9 an hour, every single week I would wonder if I shouldn't just quit and stick with m 2nd PT job which paid me $15!

Sharing our experience, we pay $33/hour to the agency. I believe the aides are paid $15/hour, but am not sure.
